Islamabad Weather Forecast for next 7 days; City to experience tons of Rain

Islamabad: Cold and partly cloudy weather is experienced in Islamabad and the surrounding area.

On Wednesday,  Cold and dry is expected to prolong. The temperature during the day will remain high because of sunny weather whereas the temperature at night will drop. A westerly wave is affecting western parts of Balochistan and is likely to persist next 36 hours.

Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in other parts of the country while very cold in upper areas. However, partly cloudy weather with light rain-wind/thunderstorms (snowfall over hills) is expected in the north and southwest Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Cold and cloudy weather prevailed over most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorms (with snowfall over mountains) occurred in Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Punjab.

Snowfall (inches): Ziarat 02 and Skardu 0.4.

Today’s recorded Lowest Minimum Temperatures (°C): Leh -10, Kalam -07, Astore-06, Gupis, Malam Jabba -04, Skardu, Hunza -03 and Bagrote -02.

Weather for Next 7 Days in Islamabad: 

The weather prediction for the next 7 days in Islamabad is to remain mostly cloudy with a hint of sunlight in the morning. The federal capital is expected to experience overcast conditions followed by heavy rains on Saturday 2 March. It will continue for a day and then the wave of cold after the rains.
