Islamabad weather forecast: Rain lowers temperatures in Islamabad and KP

ISLAMABAD: A light rain in the early hours of Friday brought down the temperature following a period of dry warmth.

In Islamabad, temperatures are predicted to range from 25 to 27 degrees. It is not anticipated that the rain will continue for the following two days, though. After rain in the upper regions of Punjab, including Rawalpindi, Murree, Chakwal, and Jhelum, provided a break from the steadily rising heat.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Haripur, Abbottabad, Swat, Chitral, Dir, and Malam Jabba also experienced rain, later in the day, higher altitude regions may experience snowfall.

The province had significant temperature drops as a result of the rain, with Dir and Malam Jabba recording the lowest temperatures of 10 degrees.

In the meantime, it is anticipated that conditions in Sindh and Balochistan will stay hot and dry, with highs in the mid-30s. While temperatures in Sukkur can rise as high as 39 degrees, Karachi is anticipated to stay between 34 and 36 degrees Celsius.
