Islamabad Weather Forecast: Rainfall Hits Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Other Parts of Pakistan

Islamabad: Rain has started in different parts of the country, including the federal capital, due to which the severity of the cold has increased once again.

Light rain is continuing in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and surrounding areas since night due to which the weather is pleasant and the intensity of cold has increased once again. In different areas of Punjab, Lahore, Jardanwala, Sargodha, Taba Sultanpur, Jahanian are also experiencing intermittent rain.

Heavy and light rain is continuing in various areas including Bunir, Shangla, Bannu of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while snowfall has started once again on the mountains.

It should be noted that the Meteorological Department has predicted rains and snowfall on the mountains from today to Sunday across the country, while there is also a possibility of stormy rains in some cities, after which not only safety measures were taken in these areas, but also the citizens. Caution is advised.

Heavy rain has been predicted in Karachi since this afternoon due to which a rain emergency has been imposed and high alert has been issued in all local bodies, administrations and hospitals and staff holidays have been cancelled.

There will be a half-day in public and private institutions in Karachi while the private and government schools of the evening shift have been dismissed. Heavy and light rain with thunder is continuing for the third day in different areas of Balochistan including Gwadar.

According to PDMA, the stormy rain has caused destruction in Gwadar, due to which more than 140 houses have been affected. In Quetta, the life system has also been paralyzed due to heavy rain, while more than 50 houses have been completely damaged and 90 houses have been partially damaged. 2 roads and a bridge have been damaged in Kech area of ​​Balochistan.
