Israel must stop massacre of Palestinians: French President

Paris: French President Emmanuel Macron has called on Israel to stop bombing Gaza and killing Palestinians.

According to foreign media, in an interview, the French president condemned the attack on Israel by Hamas and said that Israel has the right to defend itself, but there is no justification for Israeli bombing of civilians in Gaza.

President Macron said that he urges Israel to stop bombing Gaza, children, women and the elderly are being targeted in the attacks on Gaza, Israel will benefit from the ceasefire.

He said that all the participants in the conference on humanitarian aid held in Paris had a clear view that there is no other solution other than a humanitarian ceasefire that would protect all civilians.

On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, responding to the French President’s interview, said that the crimes committed by the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas in Gaza today could be committed tomorrow in Paris, New York and anywhere in the world.

It should be noted that since October 7, the number of martyred Palestinians in Gaza and other occupied territories has exceeded 11,000, in which a large number are women and children.
