Taking on X, he wrote, “I am highly grateful for the chief minister’s Maryam Nawaz’s attention to my matter and for taking out the precious time to call me. All misunderstanding has been cleared by Deputy Commissioner Multan himself, I sincerely appreciate it and extend my best wishes to you as you embark on your new journey”.
Mohammad Amir wrote in his post that Deputy Commissioner Multan arrogantly claimed ownership of the ground and threw him out during the match for no reason. The abuse of force in uniform is intolerable.
It should be noted that on February 26, Deputy Commissioner Multan threw the families of Muhammad Amir, Umar Amin, and Moin Khan out of the players’ box, while the players and management of Quetta Gladiators also reacted strongly to the incident.
The players of Quetta Gladiators said that the Pakistan Cricket Board should resolve such heinous actions. The management and security officers could not give any satisfactory response to the strong protest of the Quetta Gladiators team.
