ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has congratulated the owners of both the new PSL teams and said that the inclusion of two new teams in the PSL is a historic moment.
Speaking after the auction ceremony, he said that I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the people of Hyderabad and Sialkot, we want the PSL and national cricket to improve further.
