Moonis Elahi Declared Wanted

In the case of alleged corruption of billions of rupees in development projects, the court declared Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Moonis Elahi as an admonition.

According to the details, Accountability Court Judge Naseem Ahmed Work processed the request of NAB.

NAB had taken the position in the application that Moonis Elahi was not arrested, nor did he join the investigation.

The court has started the process of seizure of properties by asking for the records of the properties of Moonis Elahi.

In the petition, it was requested that the court order to declare Moonis Elahi as wanted.
