PHC declares the verdict while PTI loses the “bat” symbol

PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) review petition against the restoration of the party’s electoral symbol, the “bat,” was received by the Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday. The PHC announced a reserved verdict in this regard.

PHC retracted the suspension orders imposed on the ECP’s ruling, thereby upholding the ECP’s decision that deemed PTI’s intra-party elections null and void and withdrawing PTI’s use of the “bat” election symbol.
