ISLAMABAD (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari Saturday congratulated Sultan Golden on setting a new world record in reverse driving.

In a statement, he said, “Sultan Golden’s success is a reflection of the courage, skill and dedication of Pakistanis.”

“This feat has further strengthened Pakistan’s positive image at the global level,” he said and expressed his best wishes for Sultan Golden and prayed for more successes for him.

Sultan Golden set a new world record in the fastest reverse drive by covering a distance of one mile in just 57 seconds, surpassing the previous record set in 2022. The earlier record was held by an American stuntman, who completed the reverse drive in 1 minute and 15 seconds.

The celebrated Pakistani stuntman, hailing from Pishin district, achieved another world record during an event held at DHA Quetta by successfully completing a reverse drive ramp jump. Sultan Golden covered an impressive jump of 121.72 feet while driving in reverse over a long distance.

The previous world record for the reverse ramp jump stood at 89 feet and 3.25 inches. Spectators enthusiastically applauded Sultan Golden’s historic achievement and paid glowing tribute to his exceptional skills.
