The capital of Punjab has been covered in haze clouds for the past few months, which has deteriorated the city’s air quality and raised concerns for everyone’s health. The city is now at the top of the list of most polluted cities in the world.
Rain in Lahore city can finally exhale after suffering through months of oppressive air pollution as it moves up the list of the most polluted cities in the world. The city’s total Air Quality Index (AQI), which is at 42, represents a notable improvement.

There is still cause for concern, though, as one city area had an AQI of more than 200. An AQI of 250 was recorded in Gulberg in particular, underscoring the necessity of ongoing efforts to solve Lahore’s air quality problems.
