Muslims around the globe are set to welcome Ramadan 2024. As Muslims pray and fast throughout the Holy Month, the recently elected Punjab government has decreased working hours for Ramadan.
The Punjab government made changes in office timings for the Holy Month of Ramadan to make accommodations for the majority of people who fast.

According to a notification issued by the Punjab government, offices would be open five days a week from 10 am to 4 pm. Offices working six days a week will begin at 10 am and end at 3:30 pm.
On Fridays, offices in Punjab will operate from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
