The western and upper regions of Pakistan are being affected by a westerly wave, based on the synoptic situation.

In these conditions, Tuesday evening/night, Wednesday, and Thursday are predicted to bring rain and snowfall over the mountains in Gilgit-Baltistan, Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pothohar region, Islamabad, Kashmir, and the adjacent hilly areas. The lowest temperature in Islamabad is probably going to stay between 07–09 C on Wednesday and 08–10 C on Thursday.
