Previously going by Danny Kern, Lambo changed his name to honor his love of the venerable Lamborghini supercar.

Lambo posted a moving experience from his spiritual journey on Instagram: doing the Umrah in the hallowed Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. He discussed the unpredictable nature of life in a touching piece, sharing how an unplanned work trip resulted in him setting off on a life-changing spiritual and emotional journey.

Lambo’s conversion to Islam represents a pivotal period in his life, one marked by resiliency and introspection.

Who is Danny Lambo?

Self-made millionaire and entrepreneur Danny Lambo first gained notoriety in 2017 as a competitor on The X Factor’s 14th season. Lambo, who is originally from Croydon, gained notoriety for his flamboyant demeanor and passion for luxury—especially Italian supercars like Lamborghinis.

Lambo, real name Danny Karne, had an unusual path to stardom. He disregarded expectations and built out a successful career even though his headmaster told him he wouldn’t amount to much when he left school without qualifications.

Lambo’s booming hotel business in London is the main source of his income, which is estimated to be more than £50 million. His opulent lifestyle, which includes pricey cars, luxurious travel, and fine pleasures like rare cognac and vintage champagne, is made possible by his three hotels and real estate empire.

Enthusiastic about Lamborghinis, Lambo’s moniker derives from his love of these fast cars. Among the many vehicles in his collection is a purple Diablo, renowned for its loud exhaust.
