BHIMBER: Prolonging winter break, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) announced on Thursday that schools will be closed from January 5 to January 15 due to extreme cold and fog.
The Deputy Commissioner of Bhimbhar has released a notification regarding the extension of the AJK school holidays due to the winter break.

The notification threatened to cancel registration and seal off schools that broke the rules.
No carelessness pertaining to students’ health will be accepted, according to Bhimbar DC.
“The three tehsils’ administrations have received orders to extend the holidays,” stated Mirza Arshad Jaral.

The AJK government decided to extend the winter vacation until January 15 in light of the extremely cold weather. The winter holiday in educational institutions started on December 22 and was supposed to end on January 5.
