Babar Azam relaxes ahead of high-stakes India clash in Colombo

COLOMBO: Batsman Babar Azam has shared an interesting picture ahead of the crucial Group A match between India and Pakistan in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026.

Babar Azam shared a picture on his Instagram account in which he is seen sitting in a swimming pool, enjoying moments of complete relaxation and peace, which has increased the excitement among his supporters and fans.

It should be remembered that the T20 World Cup 2026 is being held in India and Sri Lanka, and all eyes are on the Group A match between Pakistan and India, which will be played in Colombo on February 15. Pakistan has performed brilliantly in the matches so far.

Pakistan won by 3 wickets against the Netherlands, however, Babar Azam could only score 15 runs in this match. While Pakistan won by 32 runs against the United States, Babar Azam answered the fans and critics by playing a brilliant innings of 46 runs off 32 balls and establishing a partnership of 81 runs with Sahibzada Farhan, which ensured the team’s victory.

This picture of Babar Azam and the team’s current performance gives a glimpse of the team’s morale and confidence before the match among Pakistani fans, which has increased expectations that the match against India will prove to be very interesting and fruitful.
