LAHORE: YouTuber Iqra Kanwal has shared that fellow content creator Saad ur Rehman-known to millions as Ducky Bhai-is fighting severe mental health issues after his recent days spent in jail.
She also shared that he is not ’emotionally ready to meet people’ and requires quiet time with his family to recover. The update came during a vlog in which Iqra and her husband, Areeb Pervez, responded to some fans questioning why they didn’t visit him immediately after his release.
Areeb explained that he had planned to meet Ducky only after bail was finalized. When he discussed it with Aroob Jatoi, he was advised to wait because Ducky had gone through a mentally exhausting experience.
Areeb said it was Ducky Bhai’s first time in jail, and the harsh environment had overwhelmed him. He added that someone coming out of such a situation needs rest and emotional support before meeting friends or returning to public life.
