LHC orders to restore Ducky Bhai’s bank accounts

LAHORE: The Judicial Magistrate of the Lahore District Court has ordered the restoration of the frozen bank accounts of famous YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, in a case related to the promotion of gambling apps. The court also gave him conditional permission to upload videos on YouTube.

According to the private TV channel, the case was heard by Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo. The accused Saad-ur-Rehman appeared in the court along with his wife Aroob Jatoi and lawyers Barrister Amrit Sheikh and Usman Latif Advocate.

During the hearing, the court restored Ducky Bhai’s frozen bank accounts and allowed him to upload videos on his YouTube channel, but imposed a condition that no discussion regarding the case pending in the court would be held on his channel.

The court remarked that the NCIA has objections to the 27 videos on the accused’s YouTube channel, but these videos will not be deleted.

The court summoned NCIA witnesses for the next hearing and adjourned the proceedings till March 11.

After the court proceedings, Ducky Bhai’s lawyers also presented him with a shield on completing 10 million followers in the court premises.
