Statec of the Art Regional Customer Facilitation Center inaugurated

ISLAMABAD: Chairman IESCO Dr. Tahir Masood, Chief Executive IESCO Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, and IESCO Board Members Rana Abdul Sattar, Dr. Imtiaz Ahmed, Shahid Farooq, and Engineer Syed Faizan Ali inaugurated the first modern state-of-the-art Customer Facilitation Center at the IESCO Head Office.

Chairman IESCO Dr. Tahir Masood stated that he and his team are extremely pleased to inaugurate this Customer Facilitation Center in line with the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Federal Minister for Energy (Power Division) Sardar Owais Ahmed Khan Leghari. He said that this center has been established to provide all electricity-related services to valued consumers under one roof.

He further stated that the new facility will offer services including installment plans for electricity bills, extension in due dates, bill corrections, change of name and address, registration and resolution of power outage complaints, and most importantly, submission of applications for new electricity connections.

The Chairman emphasized that customers are highly respected by the organization, and the primary objective is to provide them with dignity, transparency, and quality services in a clean and pleasant environment.

He advised Board Member Rana Abdul Sattar and Chief Executive Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood to establish similar Customer Facilitation Centers across all IESCO regions. Additionally, officers and staff were instructed to create a welcoming office environment where consumers can clearly observe positive changes and feel confident that their issues will be resolved effectively.
