LAHORE: Saad Ur Rehman, aka YouTuber Ducky Bhai, appeared in the highly publicized case related to the marketing of gambling mobile apps in the Lahore District Court that kept him behind bars in NCCIA custody.
During today’s hearing, Ducky submitted an affidavit, in which it was stated that the 17 flagged videos on NCCIA would not be deleted or edited, and his YouTube channel was requested to be returned to him.
The social media influencer claimed that the ban on access has resulted in financial loss on his only means of earning. After that, the court asked NCCIA to react to the case.
This dates back to August 17, when Ducky was detained at the Lahore Airport while trying to go abroad due to charges of money laundering through gambling applications. Before this, Ducky was granted bail of Rs. 10 lakh by the High Court, where he was released after November 26.
Even a few days after being released, this incident has brought about a dramatic return to YouTube by Ducky Bhai, who has shared details about his earnings from vlogs, letting his fans know that his channel has remained intact.
