People celebrate Mother’s Day, dedicated to honoring mothers and their unwavering love, every year on the second Sunday of May. This year is a momentous event honoring mothers and their tremendous sacrifices by expressing love, admiration, and gratitude.
On this occasion, individuals consciously give themselves some time to show their mothers and other motherly figures in their lives how much they love and appreciate them.

Mother’s Day can be traced back to 1914 when it was recognized as a national holiday in the United States. Anna Jarvis, a social activist, is credited with creating a special day to honor mothers in 1908 in remembrance of her mother, on the second Sunday of May, the day of her death.
