Sania Mirza opens up about anxiety & life after divorce

ISLAMABAD: World-renowned tennis player Sania Mirza, while talking about the problems she faced after her divorce from her ex-husband Shoaib Malik, said that she has been suffering from mental stress and anxiety attacks since the separation.

Sania Mirza recently said in her YouTube program that when I was about to go live for the show, my body was shaking and my heart rate was uncontrollable, I was almost about to leave the show, then Farah Khan came to me after taking leave from the film set and said that no matter what, you will do this show. These words immediately encouraged me and I was able to get ready for the show.

Sania said about the difficulties of being a single mother that everything has to be rearranged, travel, training, sleep. Small things are very important now, like taking the children to school and bedtime routine, all this is really difficult, but I have to stay strong for my child.

Sania, while explaining the importance of friends in difficult times, said that I learned that good friends are very helpful in difficult times, Farah Khan was really with me, and her presence encouraged me to move forward and focus on my children as well as my work.

She added that after becoming a single mother, I tried to maintain a balance in my life, raising my children as well as continuing my show and work. This time was really difficult, but the help of friends and supportive people made me strong.

Sania Mirza said that I want people to know that life can be reorganized even after divorce and difficult times, courage and support are always there, we just have to accept it and move forward.
