ISLAMABAD: Actress Sarah Khan has sparked an online debate with a recent interview. Known for her beauty, acting prowess and adorable pictures with husband Falak Shabbir, Sarah is in the news not for any drama but for her views this time.

In an interview with a private outlet, Sarah denied being a hardcore feminist and said that she considers herself a traditional woman. According to her, men should be given the role that is meant for them so that women can live in peace.

She said that she is a stay-at-home woman and does not like standing in lines to pay bills, as she believes that it is the responsibility of men. Her statement, “Let men be men, and let women stay at home,” has created a stir on social media.

While some criticized Sarah’s views, many users openly supported her. “She is representing the right values,” wrote one user, while another commented, “Traditional gender roles are the best.” Another added, “Islam has already given all the rights to women, we don’t need Western feminism.”
