The Driving Test Service was launched at the e-Khidmat Centre ASTP as the first step in a larger plan to provide this service to all e-Khidmat Marakiz in Punjab.

As part of the pilot project, a conference was held to guarantee the Driving Test Services’ seamless integration into the current e-Khidmat framework.

The caretaker government has already implemented a number of online tools to streamline the application procedure for a driver’s license. The traffic police said last month that individuals may now conveniently renew their learner’s permits online from the comfort of their homes. According to the Lahore Traffic Police, the use of online services will result in a 90% decrease in traffic at facilitation centers.
