Punjab Bike Scheme 2024: Check details of draw date update

LAHORE – More than 73,000 students have registered for the Punjab Motorcycle Scheme 2024, which has been launched under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s youth initiative in five cities in the first phase.

Under this arrangement, 19,000 Petrol Bikes (P-Bikes) and 1,000 Electric Bikes (E-Bikes) are available on interest-free installment plans.

Male students will receive 11,676 petrol bikes, while female students will receive 7,324 bikes. There are 1,000 E-bikes, of which 700 are designated for male students and 300 for female students.

The students, currently enrolled as ‘regular’ students in degree programs of any university/ graduate college in the Punjab (public or private), duly recognized by the HEC, are eligible to apply for Bikes under the scheme.

The bonafide status as regular student of the applicant shall be verified by the authorities of the educational institution concerned.

The initiative has been introduced in Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi, and Lahore as part of Phase 1 of the scheme.

Last Date to Apply for motorcycle scheme

The last date to apply for the Punjab Motorcycle Scheme 2024 is April 29.

The government will not entertain the application submitted after the deadline.

Punjab Motorcycle Scheme Draw Date Update

The balloting shall be carried out electronically under the arrangements of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

The balloting is expected to be held in May 2024 and students will be given the motorcycles during the same month.
