16 employees of atomic energy plant abducted in Lakki Marwat

LAKKI MARWAT: At least 16 employees of the Atomic Energy Plant, Qabul Khel, were abducted from Lakki Marwat district on Thursday morning.

According to the sources, the Fitna Al Khwarij terrorists kidnapped the employees from the Wanda Painda Khan area, when they were traveling to the uranium mining site, in a white HiAce.

The militants forcibly removed the individuals at gunpoint and set the vehicle on fire before fleeing away.

The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the abduction and has also released the video of employees.

According to the sources, after kidnapping the employees, the kidnappers took them to the forests near Mianwali in Punjab, adjacent to Lakki Marwat.
