Asad Qaiser nominated Chairman PTI after deadly protests in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Following the deadly protests in Islamabad, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has been removed from his position as the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), here on Thursday.

In a significant leadership change, Asad Qaiser has been nominated as the new Chairman of the party.

While earlier today, Salman Akram Raja and Hamid Raza have announced their resignations from their party positions.
