British High Commissioner meets Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD: British High Commissioner, Jane Marriott, met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar.

According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, the meeting expressed satisfaction over the development of bilateral relations between Pakistan and the United Kingdom and the recent high-level contacts.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, while appreciating the continuous improvement in Pakistan-UK relations, said that there are new opportunities for cooperation between the two countries.

The two leaders also discussed the ongoing political and economic situation in the region and globally.
