Bushra Bibi’s medical condition normal, minor gastro issue: Report

ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi’s check-up has been completed, and doctors have declared all reports normal at private hospital in Islamabad, here on Saturday.

According to the media reports, Bushra Bibi stayed in a private hospital in Islamabad for six hours for the tests, where several tests, including her endoscopy were done.

Sources said Bushra Bibi refused to undergo a blood test and did not give a blood sample.

Hospital sources said that Bushra Bibi underwent endoscopy, ultrasound, echo, and ECG, while PTI founder Imran Khan’s personal physician, Dr. Asim, was also present at the time of the check-up.

Sources said, the doctors cleared all the reports. Hospital sources say that Bushra Bibi has a minor gastro problem.

As per private hospital source the Bushra Bibi’s case of not giving a blood sample will be written in the final report, and the medical reports will be provided to Dr. Asim, jail superintendent, and the PIMS hospital.

It may be recalled that the accountability court accepted Bushra Bibi’s application yesterday and ordered her to be tested by a private hospital within two days.
