LAHORE: In line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz to promote high-value commerce and modern urban development, the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), commonly known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), has announced the launch of its newest premium commercial venture, The Showroom.

This landmark initiative is set to become Punjab’s first dedicated district for luxury automobile retail.

Strategically located in the CBD Quaid District, directly facing the picturesque CBD Lake, The Showroom offers a prime commercial address with exceptional visibility and accessibility.

Tailored for world-class automotive brands, the project brings a purpose-built space equipped with advanced infrastructure, modern utilities, and a high-end environment designed for premium vehicle display, sales, and brand experience.

The Showroom features an exclusive inventory of eight commercial plots, each offering 1.5 Kanal (6,750 square feet) of premium commercial space.

Investors will benefit from a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1:3 and a permitted building height of 65 feet, enabling spacious, architecturally standout automotive showrooms. Each plot is priced at PKR 30 Crore, reflecting its strong commercial viability and the lucrative investment potential associated with CBD Punjab’s rapidly expanding commercial ecosystem.

Highlighting the significance of the project, CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, stated, “The Showroom reflects our commitment to redefine commercial development in Punjab by introducing specialized, purpose-built districts for premium industries.

By offering a dedicated space for luxury automotive brands, we are not only elevating commercial standards but also inviting global and local investors to become part of a transformative business landscape.”

The Showroom is poised to attract elite automotive brands and forward-looking investors seeking a premium footprint in Pakistan’s most progressive business district.
