Child Dies at Ayub Medical Complex, Family protests alleged medical negligence

ABBOTTABAD: A child reportedly passed away in the Pediatrics Ward of Ayub Medical Complex, prompting protests by the bereaved family.

According to reports, the family accused doctors and medical staff of negligence in the child’s treatment and held a protest inside the hospital premises, demanding accountability.

Police arrived at the scene to maintain order and assess the situation.

Hospital administration officials stated that the matter is being investigated and assured the family that appropriate action would be taken if any negligence is found. An inquiry has reportedly been initiated to determine the circumstances surrounding the child’s death.
