Children among 13 dead as minitruck plunges into ravine in Khushab

Khushab: In an unfortunate incident, 13 people were killed, and nine others sustained injuries after a mini-truck fell into a ravine near Panjpir in Khushab district on Saturday, witnessed and police said.

According to preliminary investigations, the driver lost control of the wheels while speeding.

Witnesses contacted police and Rescue 1122 right away by racing to the scene.

From the bus wreckage, police were able to recover bodies and injured people, who were then taken to the Tehsil Head Quarter (THQ) Hospital.

Following the completion of legal proceedings, the heirs will receive the dead bodies.
