Received ‘not a single complaint’ of interference under my watch, says CJP Isa

KARACHI: During his speech, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Qazi Faiz Isa extended gratitude to the Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA).

Speaking on the occasion, the apex court judge said, “Ever since I became the Chief Justice, I have not received any complaint of a single judge regarding the interference.”

CJP Qazi Faez Isa expressed gratitude to Chief Justice Sindh High Court and said that this is his first visit to this bar room where the Chief Justice addressed SHC lawyers.

CJP added that the construction of the new building of the Supreme Court was costing 7 to 8 billion rupees. Now 36 federal courts and tribunals will be established at this place, said CJP Qazi Faiz Isa. He hoped that this would be the first federal court building.
