Cola Next CEO Zulfiqar Ahmed abducted in Karachi

KARACHI: Prominent businessman Zulfiqar Ahmed, has been reportedly abducted from Mauripur Road in Karachi and missing for two days.

According to family sources, Zulfiqar Ahmed, the owner of Paracha Textiles, Meezan Oil, and Cola Next, and his partner Qaiser were forcibly taken at gunpoint by eight masked men in a double-cabin vehicle.

The abduction occurred on Mauripur Road in Keamari. However, Qaiser was released shortly after, and Ahmed remains missing.

Zulfiqar’s family said that they are facing delays in filing a First Information Report (FIR) at the local Kalri Police Station the following day. They attempted to file an FIR several times but the police have yet to register the case.
