ISLAMABAD: Barrister Umair Niazi said that the relief sought should have been sought from the Anti-Terrorism Court, but the matter had to go to the Supreme Court. He said that the conspiracy was charged on the testimony of only one false witness, while the Sargodha ATC has already declared such witnesses unreliable.
Umair Niazi said that when the administration interferes in the functioning of the judiciary, public confidence will be affected, and questions will remain.
