ISLAMABAD: The District Sessions Court of Islamabad has extended the interim bail of the PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in several cases till January 7.
As per the details, the court heard the bail applications against Bushra Bibi and six other cases against the PTI founder. Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka conducted the hearing. During the proceedings, junior lawyers representing the defendants said that the senior lawyer, who is currently under trial in Adiala Jail, could not attend the session.
The court, while deferring its decision on Bushra Bibi’s bail application, extended the interim bail of both Bushra Bibi and the PTI founder till January 7.
