ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad ordered the arrest and production of former Chief Minister and PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti heard the liquor and arms recovery case against Ali Amin Gandapur. The former Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and his lawyer Raja Zahoor-ul-Hassan also did not appear in court.
The court issued an arrest warrant for continuous absence and ordered the arrest and production of Ali Amin Gandapur and adjourned the hearing of the case until November 11.
It should be noted that a liquor and arms recovery case has been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Bhara Kahu police station.
