CTD eliminates five terrorists during operation in Balochistan

QUETTA: Balochistan’s Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) carried out a successful intelligence-based operation near Pir Ali Zai forest near Quetta, killing five terrorists in an exchange of fire.

A CTD spokesperson said that weapons, explosives and maps of sensitive locations were recovered from the militants’ possession.

“These terrorists were involved in several attacks in Pishin and Qila Abdullah,” the CTD spokesperson said, adding that their elimination is a major blow to the terrorist networks operating in the area.
