Deadly explosion in Chaman leaves 5 dead, 3 injured

CHAMAN: Five people were killed in an explosion at a border taxi stand in Chaman, Balochistan.

According to the Assistant Commissioner, an explosion occurred at a border taxi stand in which five people were killed and three were injured.

The dead and injured have been shifted to DHQ Hospital. The Assistant Commissioner said that the explosive material was kept in the luggage of the passengers.

The Balochistan government has ordered an investigation into the explosion.

According to the Balochistan Home Department, forces have cordoned off the scene and an investigation is underway to find out the nature and motives of the explosion.
