ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan has said that there is no mistrust regarding the Chief Justice. He said that the founder of PTI is not an individual but the leader of a large party with whom the aspirations and hopes of millions of people are linked.

According to Ali Muhammad Khan, the Al-Qadir case is not an ordinary case but a case in which the eyes of the entire nation are fixed, but there is no transparency in it.

He complained that a petition for suspension of sentence was filed before September, but it could not be heard; the holidays have also ended, but the case is still pending.

According to him, this is not an ordinary case; more than half the nation stands with the founder of PTI. In such a situation, questions are being raised about getting justice after a delay.

He was talking in the program “ABN Tajzia” and said that the Supreme Court did not find any evidence of any conspiracy against the founder of PTI, and when the apex court granted bail, it meant that there was no need for further investigation.

However, the May 9 case is not over yet; only bail has been granted. He said that in the case of Ijaz Chaudhry, no conspiracy has been proven and bail has been granted, but keeping the founder of PTI in custody despite bail from the Supreme Court is a big question mark.

He also expressed reservations about the behavior of the High Court, saying that the case has not been scheduled for a hearing for three weeks, which is against the requirements of justice. According to Ali Muhammad Khan, all this is undermining public confidence, and the delay in the judicial process is creating more questions in the minds of the public.
