KARACHI: The Sindh government has denied reports regarding early summer vacations and has decided that vacations in schools will start as originally planned.
Earlier, there were reports that due to the increase in heat intensity, the provincial government might close schools early.
According to a notification issued by the School Education and Literacy Department today, the two-month summer vacations for all institutes will start on June 1 and continue till July 31.
A similar proposal was under consideration in Sindh but the government decided against it.
