Elimination of refugee seats is not possible: Law Minister

ISLAMABAD: Law Minister Nazir Tarar has said that elimination of refugee seats is not possible, Kashmir and Pakistan are inseparable.

Speaking in the National Assembly, he said that last year the Prime Minister had formed a special committee, out of 38 demands of the action committee, 35 were accepted.

An all-party conference was called on the issue of Azad Kashmir, it has been decided that the assembly itself will decide to amend the constitution, the Supreme Court of Azad Kashmir has given a decision on this issue.

Foreign hands are involved in harming the Kashmir cause, now audios are also coming out as to who is behind all this, India is not able to tolerate the response that Pakistan gave to India.

He further said that under Article 164, the federation is demanding its share from the provinces.
