Fawad Chaudhry’s name removed from PCL, court disposes of petition

ISLAMABAD: Former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry’s name has been removed from the Passport Control List, here on Thursday.

Justice Inam Amin Minhas of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard Fawad Chaudhry’s contempt of court petition. On this occasion, the Deputy Attorney General said that Fawad Chaudhry’s name has been removed from the PCL by implementing the court order.

The court disposed of the petition after the former minister’s name was removed from the PCL. During the hearing, an interesting conversation took place between Fawad Chaudhry and Justice Inam.

Fawad Chaudhry said that wherever we have to go, we have to oppose here, to which Justice Inam said that you have also followed him and got his name removed. Laughter echoed in the court on this comment of the judge.
