FCC to hear Arshad Sharif murder case on December 3

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has scheduled the hearing of the murder case of journalist Arshad Sharif.

According to the details, a two-member bench comprising Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Rozi Khan will hear the murder case of Arshad Sharif on December 3.

The Supreme Court had taken suo motu notice of the murder of journalist Arshad Sharif. After the 27th Amendment, suo motu notice cases have been transferred to the Constitutional Court.

The court offices will remain open during the holidays, while urgent and other fixed cases will be heard during the holidays.
