The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken swift action in response to allegations of answer sheet tampering in the Central Superior Services (CSS) 2022 exam. An FIR has been registered against an official of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), along with two candidates and another individual allegedly involved in facilitating the process.

According to the FIR, the investigation was initiated following a complaint by Unsar Hayat Gonsdal, Director General (Administration) at FPSC, Islamabad. It was discovered that an FPSC Assistant, Nadeem Mohammad Khan, allegedly replaced answer sheets of two candidates during the CSS Examination 2022.

An internal inquiry conducted by FPSC revealed that answer books of two candidates, Ali Sher and Halar Ahmed, were found to be replaced with original sheets attempted by the candidates in the examination halls. The replacements were allegedly orchestrated by Nadeem Muhammad Khan, with the assistance of Muhammad Ibrahim, in exchange for a sum of Rs. 1 million.
