Firing incident claims three lives in Bahria Town

ISLAMABAD: A tragic firing incident occurred at Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, on Tuesday night, resulting in the deaths of three people and injuring three others.

According to the police, the incident was sparked by a dispute over marriage between two parties at Bahria Town Phase 3. The injured individuals have been shifted to PIMS hospital for medical treatment.

The police have obtained CCTV footage of the incident and have initiated investigations. This incident highlights the need for effective conflict resolution mechanisms to prevent such tragic events.

In an unrelated incident, two under-custody robbers were injured in an alleged encounter with a gang of robbers in Katarian. The police reported that armed men attacked the robbers as they were being transported, and the two robbers were injured in indiscriminate firing by their accomplices.
