Five family members shot dead in Kamoke, Punjab

KAMOKE: In a fatal incident, five members of a family were shot dead and one person sustained serious wounds in a tragic shooting incident in the village of Uttali Virkan in the Tatle Aali area of Kamoke on Tuesday morning.

According to the police reports, the dead are identified as Usman, Waqas, Imran, Omar, and Afzal. The police officials stated that all of the family members were killed in the same spot.

Additionally, the sixth member of the family, identified as  Suleman, received several injuries and was sent to the Tehsil Headquarters Kamoke in a critical condition to receive further medical treatment.

The police report indicated that the accused is also named Imran and was able to escape after the shooting. An investigation is currently underway to find the motive behind this heinous crime.
