Four injured in Gas cylinder explosion in Karachi

KARACHI: In a tragic incident, four people, including a girl, were injured in a cylinder explosion inside a house in Shah Faisal Colony No. 4.

According to police, initial reports described the incident as a cylinder explosion, but the cylinder was not recovered from the scene.

Police officials said the explosion could have been caused by a gas pressure machine or gas leakage. The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where they are being provided medical assistance.

Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the incident to determine whether the explosion was caused by a burst cylinder or a gas leakage.

Police said the final cause will be revealed only after the forensic and technical reports are received.
