Four Pakistani Umrah pilgrims die in Madinah crash

MADINAH: Four Pakistani Umrah pilgrims died and nine were injured in a tragic road accident near Madinah on Sunday.

According to details, the deceased were part of a group who were on their way from Dahranwala for Umrah when their bus met with an accident near the holy city. The deceased are said to be residents of Dahranwala, Haroonabad and Fort Abbas.

Sources said that among the deceased, one woman was a resident of 201 Murad, two women were residents of 228/9-R and one male victim was a resident of 3/39-R.

Local authorities are coordinating with Pakistani authorities to help the injured and organize the repatriation process. More details are awaited.
