FTO orders swift resolution of overseas Pakistanis’ complaints

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Tax Ombudsman has directed to immediately resolve the complaints of overseas Pakistanis.

The FTO has said that the complaints of overseas Pakistanis will be resolved on priority basis. The FTO Secretariat has also been instructed to redress the complaints of overseas Pakistanis.

Registrar Khalid Javed has been appointed in-charge of the Overseas Pakistanis Complaints Cell.

The Federal Tax Ombudsman says that overseas Pakistanis are a valuable asset of Pakistan, overseas Pakistanis are the backbone of the country’s economy.

The Ombudsman says that practical steps should be taken to immediately and effectively resolve the problems of overseas Pakistanis and overseas complaints will be resolved transparently and expeditiously.

Overseas Pakistanis can file complaints on the helpline and WhatsApp, while complaints can be filed on the FTO app and website.
