Good news for women: Digital training with Rs 12,000 monthly stipend

LAHORE: The Maryam Nawaz Skilled Youth Program is underway to empower educated rural women, applications will be received under Round 3.

According to a social media post by the Punjab Skills Development Fund, this first-of-its-kind digital skills program is designed to equip educated rural women with the tools, training and guidance they need to build meaningful careers and enhance their skills from home.

The women will be given 6 months of instructor-led, certified digital training, a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000 and an internet and device allowance of Rs 7,000 to ensure they have everything they need to succeed.

The women must have at least 16 years of education, be a resident of rural Punjab, be between 21 and 40 years of age, and must pass an entry test. The last date for applying is January 20, 2026.
